Deidre offers an easy solution to improve brain power with intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting Promotes Brain Function. Animal studies show that fasting can improve cognitive function and preserve brain health by influencing specific proteins involved in brain aging. Other benefits to intermittent fasting include: improved heart health, increased weight loss, better blood sugar control, decreased inflammation and reduces hunger.

Deidre speaks a little on this- autophagy (internal aging). By the way she is following her own advice and is in the middle of a fasting program and has never felt better. There are different levels to intermittent fasting and she recommends the 16/8. The 16/8 intermittent fasting ketosis plan consists of fasting for 16 hours per day and limiting your food intake to just 8 hours daily.
